We stand by a transparent and fair pricing structure, emphasizing affordability without compromising quality. What you see below is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden fees for moderators or observers, no set up, subscription or license fee costs.

For extended projects with numerous participants, our pricing adjusts to EUR 7 per participant per month after the initial 3 months. Contact us for projects exceeding 6 months or involving more participants than standard qual projects.

EUR fees remain fixed, while other currencies are updated daily using the mid-market exchange rate. The actual rate at invoice generation determines the amount.
Invoices are sent on the first of each month, and credit card payments are facilitated through stripe.com.
